1. Who can use Sorry Scroll

Sorry Scroll is made by Satak Technologies, a sole proprietorship owned by Syed Asif Sultan, based in India ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old (16 where local law requires) and able to agree to these terms. Sorry Scroll is for managing your own phone use; it is not a parental-control product.

2. What the app does

Sorry Scroll uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks to place a shield in front of apps you choose. The shield lifts for a period you set after you complete a short step toward your goal, or when you use one of your daily skips. You can remove Sorry Scroll's Screen Time access at any time in iPhone Settings › Screen Time, and you can delete the app at any time; doing so removes the shield.

3. Subscriptions and free trial

Some features require a paid subscription (weekly or yearly) billed through your Apple ID. A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown in the App Store until cancelled in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms. Prices may vary by country and can change; you will be notified before any change affects you.

4. Accounts

An account is optional. If you sign in with Apple or with an email code, we store your goal and progress so you can restore them on another device. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID or email. You can delete your account and all data from Settings at any time.

5. Body & mind steps

Moves and resets run on a timer; the app does not use your camera. Exercise at your own risk: stop if you feel pain or dizziness, and consult a doctor before starting any exercise programme if you have a medical condition. Sorry Scroll does not provide medical advice.

6. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or interfere with the app or its services, or use it in a way that breaks the law or Apple's terms. We may suspend access for abuse.

7. Availability and changes

The app depends on Apple's Screen Time system and on third-party services; we cannot guarantee it will always be available or that a shield will never fail. We may change or discontinue features. We will give notice of material changes to these terms in the app.

8. Liability

Sorry Scroll is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Satak Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app.
